Waste

We idealize local sustainability within a society created for mass production. We seek closer relationships through online communications. We occupy Wall St to demonstrate our feelings of discontent.

Hypocrisy is the foundation of civilization. The very idea of humanity coming together to build a united concept of living defies our most basic instincts toward self-interest. No single solution benefits all and compromise offers such little incentive that few stand up to fight for it. The continuing battle then becomes that of philosophical irrelevance. Ultimately you can dedicate your life to chasing the hope of change.. that notion of free-thinking action toward greener pastures.. but this age-old fallacy is based on the dying assumption that greed and laziness are human characteristics that can be conquered. We battle ourselves each day with this consuming desire to do whats right, when the only definition of virtue we have is created within. This circular path leaves us exhausted, frustrated and even more confused, while simultaneously conditioning our minds into thinking that we have a defined path and purpose. It's a culturally-created idea that finds derivation in a hypocritical soldering of human purpose and passion.

P.S. If you can navigate through green promotions from my company printer and direct me to a site that provides information about how to actually recycle one of those big waste toner containers, please let me know. Thanks.
